Learned counsel for the petitioner during hearing requested this Court to grant instalments for payment of arrears of maintenance while withdrawing the criminal revision case without inviting any order on merits and endorsed the same on the revision case.

Acceding the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Pulla Rao Yellanki, criminal revision case is dismissed as withdrawn while granting eight instalments for payment of arrears of maintenance to the respondents 2 and 3 herein and directing him to continue to pay the maintenance amount in future on or before 10th of every month.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal revision case shall stand closed.
