ORDER
This petition is filed seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed in the order, dated O5,O2.2O19 passed in Crl.P.No,189 of 2019, wherein this Court while releasing the petitioner on bail imposed a condition that he should appear before the Station House Officer, Raikal Police Station on every Wednesday and Sunday till filing of the charge sheet. Heard both sides, Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has been reporting before the S.H.O., Raikal Police Station from the date of his release, the order directing the petitioner to report before the S.H'O., Raikal Police Station, on every Wednesday and Sunday is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the said S.H.O' on every Sunday' The other conditions in the order shall remain un-altered, Accordingly, the LA. is disposed of.
