It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by the Order dated 04.09.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.29729 of 2017 and same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the Order dated 04.09.2017 passed by this Court in WP No.29729 of 2017.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
