Kondapalli Venkata Laxmi v. The State Of Telangana And 7 Others
HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.948 of 2020 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as respondent Nos.7 and 8 and the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.
The main grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of submission of representations/complaints dated 10.10.2019, 03.12.2019 and 16.12.2019 and in the light of the report dated 28.12.2019 submitted by the 3rd respondent, the 2nd respondent is not taking appropriate action for cancellation of conveyance deed executed by the 6th respondent in favour of the 7th respondent.
Learned Government Pleader informs the Court that the 2nd respondent will pass appropriate orders on the representations/complaints submitted by the petitioner. Taking the said submission into consideration, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representations/complaints dated 10.10.2019, 03.12.2019 and 16.12.2019 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders as per law. It is made clear that during the course of adjudication of the representations, if the rights and interest of respondent Nos.7 and 8 are prejudiced, the 2nd respondent shall issue notice to all the parties and pass appropriate orders, within a period of three weeks from
the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
