THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMIAL REVISION CASE NO.2147 OF 2012 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order, dated 06-12-2007 in M.C.No.51 of 2004 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Warangal. 2.

This Court directed the petitioner to take personal notice to the 2nd respondent on 23-01-2013, 06-02-2013 and 13-112013. In spite of the direction of this Court, the petitioner did not take any steps to send the notice to the 2nd respondent. It seems the petitioner is not evincing any interest to prosecute the case.
