HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.1104 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner complains against summoning the petitioner to police station by respondents 3 and 4 without a crime registered against petitioner and further interfering in the civil disputes, as illegal and unc onstitutional.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that respondents 3 and 4 have not summoned the petitioner to Police Station, for the petitioner is not accused in any of the crimes pending investigation and if the presence of petitioner is required, the respondents will follow the procedure stipulated by law.

The statement of Assistant Government Pleader is placed on record and accepted.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
