The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that since the subject suit in O.S.No.490 of 2012 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Khammam, was settled before Lok Adalat, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit. 2 .

Recording the said submission, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
