THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLR SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.1435 OF 2015 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Sri T.G.Prasad Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners undertake to pay the balance amount due in monthly instalments of Rs.15,000/- each. Sri Maheswara Rao Kuncham, learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that, in case the petitioners make payment in monthly instalments of Rs.15,000/- each, the respondent would not proceed further with the Execution Petition.

As both the counsel are in agreement, the Civil Revision is disposed of recording the submission of the respondent's counsel that the respondent would not proceed further with the Execution Petition in case the petitioners pay the entire amount due with interest in monthly instalments of Rs.15,000/- each, commencing from 01.05.2015 onwards. It is made clear that, in case the petitioner defaults in payment of any one of the monthly instalments, it is open to the respondent to proceed with the Execution Petition thereafter in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
