ORDER

While admitting the writ petition on 21.04.2009, this Court in WPMP No.9617 of 2009 directed the respondentCorporation to appoint the petitioner as Shramik. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 21.04.2009, the case of the petitioner was considered and he was appointed as Shramik and hence, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedies, if he is so advised, for further reliefs. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
