Order:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.1, in not considering the petitioner's case for change of speciality course from Moalejat to Tahafuzi-wa-Samaji Tib (Hygine), in M.D.(Unani) I year course, as illegal and discriminatory.

At the hearing, Mr.A.Prabhakar Rao, learned

Standing Counsel for respondent No.1Dr.NTR University of Health Sciences, submitted that in pursuance of the interim direction granted by this Court on 10-08-2011, the petitioner's case was considered, but, his request was rejected and that the petitioner has also completed his MD course in Moalejat subject. The above submission of the learned Standing Counsel has not been disputed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

In the above facts and circumstances of the case, the cause in this Writ Petiion does not survive for adjudication and the same is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.26470 of 2011, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of.
