There was no representation for the writ petitioner on 17.09.2016 and, therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Yet again there is no representation for the writ petitioner.

Sri A.Yadava Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
