Heard Mr.P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Since an investigation into the allegations made against the petitioner is at the preliminary stage, we do not wish to discuss the details of the same in this order, as the same may prejudice the case of the petitioner. This is a case of suspension in contemplation of an enquiry into grave charges. Unless the allegations crystallize into definite charges, the petitioner cannot pitch his claim on merits, to challenge the order of suspension. 4.

In the counter-affidavit filed by the Registry, it is indicated that the suspension was ordered not merely on the basis of some anonymous or pseudonymous complaint sent by a person who is now stated to be non-existence, but on the basis of a preliminary enquiry report. Therefore, the stage is not ripe for the petitioner to challenge the order of suspension.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.

No costs.
