The present Criminal Revision Case is filed seeking to set aside the order dated 24.08.2011 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bhadrachalam in Crl.M.p.No.12g3 of 2011 in M.C.No.11 of 201O (for short, "the trial court,,). 2.

Heard Mr. Ujjawal Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Yizarath Ali, learned Assistant public prosecutor appearing for respondent state.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of the Revision has become infructuous as both the parties have compromised the matter before the trial Court Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor takes no objection to the same.

Recording the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous, accordingly.
