Registry is directed to number the petition. However, from perusal of the docket order dated 20.06.2013, it is for absence of the complainant to record his sworn statement pending since 2011 by giving several adjournments, it was dismissed. In fact that order dated 20.06.2013 is now impugned in the present quash filed on 01.08.2017 with no reason much less explanation in the very grounds.

Accordingly and in the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for no merits.
