SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITON No.265 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking for relaxation of the condition that he should surrender before the police within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the order. 2.

The ground on which the relaxation of the said condition is sought for is that he is unable to secure the sureties and already the necessary applications were made for the purpose of salary certificates so as to enable the petitioner to execute the sureties and the salary certificates are not yet received by the sureties.

Hence, considering the submissions of the petitioner counsel, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to surrender himself within thirty days from 24.01.2018.
