This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders dated 05.09.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.152O7 of 2Ol9 2.
When the matter is taken up, leamed counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during the pendency of this contempt case, the petitioner was allowed to participate in Pole Climbing Test held on 01.02.2024, and hence, this contempt may be closed as no further orders are necessary.

In view of the above submission, this contempt case is closed.
