ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 04.11.2015, in WP.No.35671 of 2015. At the hearing, Sri Dishit Bhattacharjee, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the respondent has reinstated the petitioner into service and also paid the entire salary, whereby the petitioner's grievance stood redressed.
