Heard Mr. V. Raghunath, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. Sarath Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the authorities have granted permission to conduct Hall Meeting on the date specified and therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
