Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

2. Petitioner's grievance is that the 4th respondent had not taken any action to dispose of the application made by him for grant of Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed in respect of the subject land, even though the 3rd respondent in proceedings D.Dis.(A2)/8395/2011 dt.14.07.2014 had allowed an appeal filed by certain third parties and remitted the matter back to the 4th respondent for fresh enquiry.

3. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 4th respondent will complete the enquiry pursuant to the above order of the 3rd respondent within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing all the parties and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

4. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to complete the enquiry, pursuant to the order dt.14.07.2014 passed by the 3rd respondent, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing all the parties and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
