This appeal is directed against judgment and decree in O.S.No.522 of 1984.

As per report of the Registry, the file relating to the present appeal is misplaced and beyond traceability.

Learned Government pleader for appeals was given opportunity to produce records, if any, but in vain. There is no possibility of reconstruction of the record.
