HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.8277 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they are the owners of the house bearing No.11-1-1170/5, admeasuring 122 sq.yards each (total admeasuring 366 sq.yards situated at Afzal Sagar, New Mallepally, Hyderabad. While so, the Government of Telangana introduced a scheme under G.O.Ms.No.58, dated 30.12.2014 to regularize the lands to an extent of 125 sq.yards or below with free of cost. In pursuant to the said G.O., the petitioners filed applications separately on 18.01.2015 vide Nos.2183, 2184 and 2185 before the 3rd respondent along with relevant documents. Though the 3rd respondent completed enquiry in respect of the petitioners land, till today, no decision has been taken on the applications filed by the petitioners. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the above facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the applications submitted by the petitioners on 18.01.
