This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is the accused, in Crime No.204 of 2017 on the file of II Town Police Station, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda District. The offences alleged are under Section 307 IPC. 2.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The facts of the case are that this petitioner, in a tussle, attacked the complainant, stating that he will kill him. 4.

Hence, in the light of the above facts, the contention of the petitioner's counsel that the petitioner is a student and that he is preparing for the exams, cannot be considered. 5.

With the above observations, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner can file a petition seeking for regular bail by surrendering himself before the court below. The court below shall dispose of the bail application, if any filed, on merits, expeditiously, preferably on the same day, subject to the pressure of other work.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
