Sri M.Ajay Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri Mummaneni Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the order, alleged disobedience to which led to the filing of this contempt case, has since been complied with.

Recording the said statement, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
