Mr.Manoj holding for Mr.V.Y.Prabhuvu, after arguing the writ petition for sometime does not press the prayer of inaction canvassed in the instant writ petition, but seeks liberty to file objections to the report of Tahsildar/respondent No.3 in Reference A/1169/2016, dated 22.06.2016. The Writ Petition is dismissed by granting the liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
