CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 331 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners under section 440 [2] read with section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking for modification of the orders dated 05/9/2017 passed in Crl.MP.No. 980 of 2017 by the VII-Additional Sessions Judge, Gudur, SPSR Nellore district, in Crime No. 135 of 2017 of Venkatagiri Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under sections 379, 353, 307, 120-B of I.P.C. and section 51 of Wild Life Protection Act, Section 20 [1] [c] [ii] [iii] [iv] [ix] [x] read with section 29 [1] [4] [a] 1 [a] [b] Section 3 of A.P. Forest Act, by permitting the petitioners to furnish cash deposits in the place of solvency certificates and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand dismissed.
