Heard.

The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 3 and 4 are refusing to receive her complaint, dated 02-01-2015. In the event of refusing to receive the complaint, the petitioner is at liberty to send the complaint to the 3rd respondent by registered post with acknowledgment due. If any such complaint is received, the 3rd respondent shall examine the same and take appropriate action as warranted under law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
