This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.543 of 2015 on the file of Medchal Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427 and 506 r/w 34 IPC. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded. 3.
