This Appeal is filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, challenging the award, dated 21.09.2012 in M.V.O.P.No.1529 of 2009 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cumChief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad. The matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat and accordingly, an Award was passed on 11.02.2017. Hence, the MACMA is disposed of in terms of the Award of Lok Adalat, dated 11.02.2017.

Consequently, the Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
