THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.1061 of 2019 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 3. With the consent of both the parties, the main writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in not regularizing the petitioner's house plot No.88 Eastern part, to the extent of 250 square yards, situated in Sy.No.844/1, Malkajgiri Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as arbitrary and illegal. 3.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the LRS application of the petitioner in respect of plot No.88 Eastern part is not considered till date. 4.
Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that if the LRS application of the petitioner is still pending consideration, the authorities may be directed to consider the same in accordance with law.

Without going into the merits of the case and since the LRS application in respect of plot No.88 Eastern part, is not considered by the second respondent, the request of the petitioner shall be dealt with in accordance with law at the earliest.
