On 27.11.2019 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, in spite of the matter listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter diligently. 2.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
