Ramasubramanian, J) Pursuant to the interim order passed on 27.11.2017, the petitioner reported before the Commissioner of School Education. Immediately, the Commissioner of School Education has passed an order on 05.12.2017 permitting the petitioner to join duty in the office of the Director, SCERT, Ibrahimpatnam, Krishna District. Therefore, nothing further survives for adjudication in this case.

2. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
