The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that since the subject suit O.S.No.194 of 2009 on the file of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Warangal, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision, which is filed challenging the judgment and decree dated 27.02.2012 passed in C.M.A.No.34 of 2010 by the V Additional District Judge(II-FTC), Warangal, wherein the order and decree dated 27.11.2009 passed in I.A.No.257 of 2009 in the subject suit by the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Warangal, was challenged.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
