This Civil Revision Petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the Order dt.22.02.2013 in I.A.No.1277 of 2012 in unnumbered appeal suit passed by the II Additional District Judge, Vijayawada in an application filed under Section 5 of Limitation Act to condone the delay of 515 days in filing the appeal.

During the pendency of this revision, the appeal suit itself was disposed of on 16.06.2016. Hence, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
