W.P.No.22793 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent is not taking any action on his representation, dated 19-06-2015, seeking correction of entries in the revenue records. In the said representation, the petitioner seeks inclusion of his name in the revenue records by deleting the name of the 3rd respondent in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.3-00 gts., in Sy.No.337/11 situated at Hussain Nagar Village, Sirikonda Mandal, Nizamabad District.

It is not necessary to issue notice to the 3rd respondent in view of the order proposed to be passed.

Learned Government Pleader has not able to get any instructions from the 2nd respondent in spite of granting time. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the aforesaid application, after notice to the 3rd respondent, and pass appropriate orders, after hearing both parties, expeditiously, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
