This Second Appeal is arising out of the judgment and decree dated 03.01.2013 in A.S.No.83 OF 2008 on the file of ix Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court). Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad, dismissing the appeal, confirming the judgment and decree dated 04.04.2008 in O.S.No.87 of 2000 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District. Appellants are the defendants in the suit. 2.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, Sri Aziz Hussain, Counsel, representing Sri J.Prabhakar, learned Counsel for the appellants, filed a Memo stating that the appellant No.3 herself and on behalf of other appellants informed them over phone that they are not interested to pursue the appeal, however, they did not receive any written instructions to withdraw the appeal.
