HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9872 of 2014 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings in Crime No.21 of 2014 of Rapthadu Police Station, Anantapur District registered for the offence punishable under Sections 418 and 420 I.P.C.

2) It is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor that the prosecution agency filed the charge sheet after investigation and the petition since filed against the F.I.R no way survives and as such the petition becomes infructuous.

3) In the result, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. Needless to say the further remedy, if any, is left open to the petitioner.

4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
