When the writ petition is listed on 23.1.2019 there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and this Court adjourned the matter to 28.01.2019. When the matter is listed on 28.01.2019 there is no representation on behalf of petitioner. Hence this Court directed to post the matter to this date i.e. 29.01.2019 under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Even, today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. This shows that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter diligently.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
