THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.13734 OF 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order, dated 24.12.2003 in I.D.No.87 of 2001 passed by the Labour Court-I, A.P. Hyderabad, wherein the respondent-workman was reinstated into service with certain benefits. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned counsel for the respondentworkman that the respondent-workman was reinstated and he has retired from service. In view of the same, this writ petition cannot be adjudicated on merits as the petitioners have already complied with the orders passed by the Labour Court.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
