THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1836 of 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 22.01.2013, passed in I.A. No.767 of 2012 in O.S. No.77 of 2009, by the VII Additional District & Sessions Judge, (FTC), Vijayawada, wherein, the petition filed to receive the documents on behalf of the petitioners and to permit them to adduce documentary evidence was dismissed.

As per the information received by this Court, O.S. No.77 of 2009 on the file of VII Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, was disposed of on 11.04.2015 as the matter was settled before Lok Adalath, as such, the petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
