HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.10384 of 2004

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the punishment of deferment of annual increment for a period of two years without cumulative effect was imposed on the petitioner and after completion of two years, two increments, which were deferred, have been released.

In view of the fact that the punishment has been worked out on its own and deferred increments in favour of the petitioner have been released, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
