The present writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of respondent authorities in implementing the orders of the Principal Junior Civil Judge in I.A.No.1029 of 2017, dated 29.12.2027 and I.A.No.222 of 2018, dated 28.12.2027 in O.S.No.498 of 2017 as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 4. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 28.01.2020, a copy of which is placed on record, submits that pursuant to the orders of the trial Court in I.A.No.222 of 2018 in O.S.No.498 of 2017, dated 28.02.2018, the respondent authorities have been directed to provide police aid to the petitioner for implementation of the injunction orders passed in I.A.No.1029 of 2017 dated 29.12.2017. Learned Assistant Government Pleader further submits that based on the complaint made by the petitioner on 25.01.2020 a case was registered in Cr.No.139 of 2020 under Sections 448, 447 and 506 r/w Section 34 I.P.C by the L.B.Nagar Police Station and the matter is under investigation.

It is also further stated that if the petitioner approaches the respondent authorities and gives a representation regarding police protection, the respondent authorities are ready to provide police protection to the petitioner. Insofar as the claim of the petitioner that the police have closed the complaint made by the petitioner on 25.12.

I.D.No.04343 and not I.D.No.04335 against which a crime has been already registered and is under investigation. 4.

In view of the above submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on behalf of the respondent police authorities, no further orders are need be passed in the writ petition. 5.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
