THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 1625 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing F.I.R. No. 101 of 2012 on the file of Prakash Nagar Police Station, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District.

Learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the police, after completing the investigation, filed a charge sheet on 18.11.2013 and C.C.No. 469 of 2013 on the file of the II Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class Court, Rajahmundry was in fact posted on 18.06.2015 for trial.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case and accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
