The petitioners/A.1 to A.7 and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsel. 2.

I.A.No.2 of 2019 is filed to permit them to record compromise and to compound the offences respectively in FIR No.1 of 2019 of W.P.S., Karimnagar, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498-A IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably and copy of Full and Final Settlement Deed dated 12.01.2019 was also appended.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.No. 2 of 2019 is allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 to A.7 in FIR No.1 of 2019 of W.P.S., Karimnagar, are hereby quashed and the petitioners/A.1 to A.7 are acquitted.
