Subhash Reddy) When the matter came up on 28.10.2015, learned counsel for the petitioners represented that the dispute between the parties is settled and sought time to get instructions. Thereafter, when the mater came up on 29.10.2015, there was no representation for the petitioners. Even today, when the matter has come up, none appears for the petitioners and there is no representation on their behalf. Therefore, the revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
