The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in not issuing the report of Paternity Profile in DNA/345/2009 to the petitioner which is done as per the orders passed by this Court in W.P. No.19579 of 2009 dated 17.11.2009, as being illegal, arbitrary and against principles of natural justice. 2.

When the matter is taken up today for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home placed before this Court a copy of the letter addressed by the office of the Director of Forensic Science Laboratory, Police Department, Government of Telangana to the learned Government Pleader for Medical & Health on 19.02.2020 informing that the DNA report in the above said case has been furnished to the petitioner in the present Writ Petition. 3.

Having regard to the fact that the copy of the DNA report has now been furnished to the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition stands redressed and no further orders need be passed in the present Writ Petition. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
