HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.974 of 2020 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent. The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... to issue a writ, order, or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent officials illegally interfering into the construction works of the petitioner's property vide H.No.1-1-27/1, 1-1-27/4 of Plot No.69 situated at Prashanth Nagar, Waddepally, Hanamkonda, Warangal District without considering the construction permission No.16/2019 dated 23.07.2019 granted by the Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation, Warangal and harassing to stop the constructions without following due process of law is illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and also violative of Article 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd respondent officials not to interfere into the construction activities of the petitioner's property without following due process of law in the interest of justice."

During the course of hearing, learned Standing counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, on instructions, brought to the notice of this Court that the 2nd respondent is not interfering in the construction work of the petitioner in premises Nos.1-1-27/7 and 1-1-27/14 of Plot No.69 situated at Prashanth Nagar, Waddepally, Hanamkonda, Warangal District.

In view of the specific statement made by the learned Standing counsel, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. _____________________ P. KESHAVA RAO, J Date: 20.01.2020.
