HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU CRP.No. 4605 of 2015 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed questioning the order dated 25.08.2015 in IA.No.304 of 2015 in OS.No.31 of 2011 on the file of the Family Court-cum-IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Adilabad.

Despite passing over the matter in the morning to post lunch, there is no representation by the counsel. The revision is filed against an order in application filed for reopening the matter, which was rejected. The Court tracking report shows that the suit itself has been disposed of. Hence, this revision does not survive.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
