WRIT PETITION No.11228 of 2017 ORAL ORDER:

Petitioner filed this writ petition challenging the order of suspension dated 19.3.2015 and continuing him under suspension for long time.

When the matter is taken up, Sri D L Pandu, learned standing counsel for respondents produced proceedings Rc No. 068/A-A3/2015 dated 25.4.2017 reinstating the petitioner into service, pending finalization of the criminal case.

Since petitioner is reinstated into service, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Writ Petition is accordingly closed. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
