In this writ petition, petitioner challenges the show cause notice, dated 31.12.2018, issued by respondent No.4 - City Planner, Charminar Zone, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad (GHMC).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for GHMC appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4.

As it is stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition that in response to the impugned notice, the petitioner submitted his detailed explanation on 07.01.2019 i.e., within the stipulated time, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent authorities to consider the said explanation of the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from today. Further, the respondent authorities shall ensure that the constructions made by the petitioner are in accordance with the sanctioned plan. Till such orders as passed, the respondent authorities shall not take coercive steps against the petitioner. However, the petitioner shall not make any further construction in violation of the sanctioned plan. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall also stand disposed of.
