HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 12030 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner/accused seeks to quash the proceedings in Crime No.218 of 2013 of Musheerabad Police Station, Hyderabad, which was registered for the offences under Sections 384, 406, 420 & 506 r/w 34 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 13.6.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Musheerabad Police Station, Hyderabad City and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed on 14.2.2014 before the XVII ACMM, Nampally and CC is numbered and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 218 of 2013 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
